I loved working with Bouquets and Balloons! Cheryl was very helpful, responded quickly and followed up to confirm delivery details. She was able to turn a vision into a reality! I had never ordered a balloon bouquet before and had a lot of questions. Cheryl answered them all and was very helpful. I loved the arrangement that was created very much and the recipient loved it as well. It was such a unique gift idea and was crafted with everything I had requested. I would highly recommend Bouquets and Balloons and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I ordered a 5ft clown made of balloons for my grandmother's 94th birthday. When I called, the shop was very helpful and friendly to order from and they delivered the balloons on time despite a snow storm coming into Portland. My grandmother was absolutely thrilled and delighted with the delivery! It's a fantastic alternative to sending flowers. I highly recommend Bouquets & Balloons and will order from them again.
