Alterations

Alterations are offered as a courtesy service at Jennifer's on a first booked first serve basis. We do not contact you to schedule, it is your responsibility to book your fittings. Fitting appointments are made directly with our seamstresses. Alterations are an additional charge based on what you have done, there is not a flat fee.

Yes, appointments are required so that we may spend time with you, listening to your ideas and offering suggestions. Please email your questions to our sales team. Please include as much information as possible: style, description, magazine, etc. If we do not have a dress in stock that you are interested in trying on, we will be happy to see if the sample is available to borrow from the designer. This will be an additional charge. Yes, you are more than welcome to bring up to 4 guests with you to your appointment.
