My name is Cherita Brasier, owner of Moon Child Sweets, a home-based bakery located in New Castle, Delaware. While attending Hodgson Vocational Technical High School I participated in the Culinary Arts program. Next, I continued on to Johnson & Wales University where I received my Bachelors degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. After graduating college in 2005 I have worked at various country clubs and bakeries. Children’s Birthday Cakes

MCS children's birthday cakes are created custom for all of the tri-state area (Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland). Please allow at least a weeks notice for all custom and detailed birthday cake orders. Cakes that are more simply decorated should only need a minimum of three days notice.
