Jim Temple had served in the Army for over 20 years, ran many very succesful Officers' Clubs and decided it was time move on. In 1973 with one phone line in the basement of their home Jim and Christine Temple started C&J Entertainment Agency. Focusing mostly on nightclub and bar entertainment initially, C&J would slowly turn their attention to weddings and private events.

From the acclaimed 6-piece variety band, founding member Kevin Brown can pare-down the band to a single, elegant classical instrumentalist, vocal duet, small cocktail-hour combo, or augment the group to a full 8-piece show band.
