Rude staff. No greeting, spoke to me as he was writing without looking up. Asked him for a quick arrangement in a vase, and he couldn't do flowers in a vase. Noticeably annoyed when I didn't know what some terminology he used for flowers wrapped in paper meant. Go to the nice people at Freyers instead.

Flowers were ordered and an expedited fee paid for delivery before noon the next day. Not only did they miss before noon, they delivered more than a day late. Not the first time. My suggestion- go elsewhere if getting delivered on the right day matters.

In a world where most could care less about customer service, my faith has been restored. I had ordered flowers for a dear friends birthday only to learn they did not receive them. after being assured they would be delivered. I called the next day and spoke with the florist's answering service and requested a refund.vowing to never use their service again. A few days later I received a call from the owner, who received a call from the neighbors next store who were out of town that the delivery was left at the wrong address (new driver error). A belated birthday basket of plants was delivered today with a note of apology. I can only say, Thank You! And I will highly recommend your business to all.

Avoid at all costs. Placed an order online, and no one can confirm delivery. Called 3x with no answer. Useless.
