We rented heaters for an event from stamford tent & event. They was unclear communication about when they will be installed, the delivery and setup. We are extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. The heaters were not used at all on the day of the event due to warm weather but they still charged the full price; not even refund for the gas. In the contract they should consider cases like that. At the end of the day, the customer is at a loss, not the company. Next time we rent from somewhere else.

The tent was perfect, the installers were quick and prepared for setting up in a difficult yard. The staff was knowledge and saved the party by suggesting big fans during our heatwave. 5 star service all the way.

Employees are overworked and underpaid. Can you imagine working (well, slaving is much more fitting) for a company for over 15 years and still being paid less than $17 an hour? Well, that sounds like an employer taking advantage of some undocumented employees. Doesn't it? Don't believe me, do your own investigations. I'm just here to speak the truth and provide honest reviews. Stop the Explotation!
