Pastry Chef Kory has been involved with wedding cakes and fine pastry production for over 25 years. While working for small pastry shops, fine dining restaurants with in-house bakeries, and high-volume production with the University of Michigan, Kory developed his skills and is now able to offer you the ultimate wedding cake experience.
Buttercream

While fondant cakes also feature buttercream frosting underneath the polished fondant, with a strict buttercream wedding cake, we make this rich, indulgent frosting the star! We whip up our buttercream from scratch with ingredients you can count on one hand: eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla. If you use quality ingredients and professional, practiced technique, you don't need stabilizing ingredients!
Rolled Fondant

Rolled fondant icing offers a highly polished, crisp design for your wedding cake. We make our fondant from scratch the night before your big day, so it's as fresh as possible. Not sure you like fondant? At your complimentary consultation, you can sample our homemade, rolled icing-we've made fondant fans out of many brides!
