I cannot speak highly enough of The Bridal Cottage team! They truly made this once in a lifetime experience so special for me! My bridal consultant Mallory was incredible and she really listened to what I wanted in my dream dress, every dress she pulled was beautiful and resembled my style in some way, and she was so encouraging the whole time! The owner Lindy and the other ladies there were amazing and made me and my girl gang feel so welcomed from the second we walked in their doors!
You can immediately tell that they really care about every bride that comes in and are determined to help them find their dream dress! When I found my dream dress, lots of happy tears were shed and then we celebrated! I cannot wait to get my dress in the fall and walk down the aisle to marry the love of my life! I'm so thankful for The Bridal Cottage! If you are looking for your dream dress and want your experience to be incredible, you will not regret booking an appointment with this gem of a bridal shop! :

Wow. What an incredible experience! I was so anxious going in to this appointment. I've never done anything close to this before, and it feels like a really big decision. My consultant, Chloe, immediately put me at ease. I had so much fun with her! She was attentive and sensitive to my insecurities. I just let her do her thing and I was NOT disappointed! I was able to attend during the Stella York preview show, and I went home with a dress that was way under budget and absolutely perfect!
I was the first bride to try on the preview dresses, and I had the whole salon to myself. I never felt overwhelmed or steamrolled. I felt relaxed and excited the whole time. Popping champagne when I said yes was the cherry on top of an amazing day! I can't say enough good things. Thank you to Chloe, Paulina, and of course Lindy for an amazing experience!

Got my dress here a couple weeks ago and can't wait to wear it this fall! This was the second place I went to try on dresses, with one of the bigger chain stores being the first. I was impressed with the selection and quality of the dresses, but most impressive of all was the service. Chloe was my stylist, and she did an amazing job picking some beautiful dresses based on my ramblings. My appt. ran a little over my scheduled time slot, but she was patient & kind, and in the end, brought out a dress I would not have picked off the rack, but fell in love with when I tried it on. Definitely recommend this place!

Outstanding Customer Service, very responsive and helpful. We are out of State, Paulina assisted and guided me as though we were in the Store. Out of MULTIPLE Authorized Dealers; The Bridal Cottage was far and away the most helpful when it came to obtaining the specific Vest, Bowtie, and Pocket Square my Better Half wanted me to wear on the day. Paulina was so helpful throughout. She took the time to ensure proper sizing and validated all items prior to shipping.
Worth mentioning, she is the ONLY one out of many Vendors that took the time to actually correspond about the day and ask follow-up questions. Although The Bridal Cottage did not make a large profit from this sale, they treated me as an important Customer. Again, other Dealers could have been considered outright dismissive once they realized I wanted to purchase and not rent. Thanks to The Bridal Cottage, I was able to complete the look and save money. Great service and kind people.
