What party rental items are available?
We offer chairs, tables, linens, dinnerware, glassware, servingware, tents, and specialty accessories including chafing dishes, beverage dispensers, and decorative elements.
Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
Yes, appointments are required for showroom visits. Contact us at 501-374-0021 to schedule your consultation with a rental specialist.
What are your delivery hours?
Normal delivery hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Special delivery times can be arranged for an additional $100 fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment terms require 50% deposit with full payment due 5 business days before event date.
Can I pick up rentals myself?
Yes, will-call pickup is available by 3:00pm. Returns must arrive by 3:00pm to avoid late fees, with all items cleaned and in original containers.
What happens if items get damaged?
Customers assume full responsibility for rented items. Replacement costs apply for damaged or missing items, with normal wear-and-tear covered by maintenance fees.

Service was exceptional! Nathan was very helpful during the rental process. The service was easy, fast and superb! I liked that the linens were ironed! I was not expecting that! This makes all the difference! Will definitely rent again!

We are just overwhelmed at the service that we received from the first day of calling in. The staff went above and beyond and we will most definitely do business with them again. We had a catering event out of town and they made the process easy and had everything ready when we got there. We added stuff at the last minute and it was ready within minutes. The staff answered all questions and knew their products. Nathan was my favorite to deal with and he became my best friend by the end of the week. I love his energy and his personality. Had my order ready and waiting on me for pick up! Ms. Gail was very prompt and on top of everything! I was able to save a trip and pay over the phone. They made the entire process EASY, SIMPLE AND HASSLE FREE! I dropped them off and the gentleman was super sweet and unloaded them as well as loaded them for me! They were wonderful! I had forgotten we needed cocktail tables for the event and called them two days before, they were able to squeeze us in and even deliver the tables. Setting everything up via phone/email was easy and the person delivering was super nice. Will definitely work with them again.
