Shopping for a wedding dress was the most incredible experience here! They were so accommodating, caring, and attentive from the scheduling, to finding the perfect dress. I had the privilege of having Olivia as my associate, and she blew me away. She was nothing less than exceptional. Not only did she ask such great questions, was knowledgeable, professional, and found me the perfect dress, but she even took "yes to the dress" photos for me.
They even added a little extra goodie for me to take home for my fiance and I to enjoy. This whole experience goes to show how much detail, and commitment they put into caring for their customers. I would recommend the Bridal Gallery any, and every time!

My party and I had the most amazing time here. Not only did I find the most amazing dress I felt welcome, supported, and beautiful. My wonderful stylist Lauren and I felt like best friends by dress one. A great selection, great prices, and great people. After a terrible experience at another bridal shop earlier that same day, I cannot express enough how amazingly perfect my appointment was with Michelle, and how absolutely comfortable she made me feel during my appointment. She answered every single question that I had, never made me feel crazy for asking the questions that I asked, and helped me find my dream dress! Being a bride who wanted a black dress I figured it would be hard to find exactly what I'm looking for since black dresses still aren't as popular - Michelle not only found the perfect dress for me, she found one that was able to have minor alterations done to it so it could fit my black wedding dress needs.
I seriously cannot thank Michelle enough for being so kind, patient, and providing such a warm environment. She made it the best experience, and I'm so so happy that I was able to find the black dress of my dreams at The Bridal Gallery, and to have such a wonderful experience to go along with it. I had found my dream dress on Etsy, but unfortunately the makers of the dress were in Ukraine and it was right as the war was starting. Obviously needing to look elsewhere, I had looked at two bridal stores that were ok, but didn't find what I wanted. I called The Bridal Gallery to see if they had any black dresses. Michelle was extremely helpful over the phone. She went into detail on which black gowns they had and was able to get me in for a same day appt.
By the time I got there, only 2-3 hours after we had spoken on the phone, she had the dress laid out for me and even did the research to make sure the changes she knew I'd wanted could be made. She was so helpful and kind. Even mailed me a hand written thank you note afterwards. Definitely recommend!

Awesome experience from beginning to end. Olivia was fantastic. She found me the perfect dress. It needed some alterations and I wanted the open back to be closed. The seamstress they use was amazing. Thoughtful, kind and so talented. She came up with a beautiful idea for the back closure. How she does it, with no sign of being altered is amazing. Considering all the modifications, I think it was very affordable. As they say, say yes to the dress! Thank you Bridal Gallery team!

The Bridal Gallery in Salem, OR is such a wonderful place. They have an amazing selection of dresses, and the staff are knowledgeable, warm and professional. Lexi and Lacy were my consultants and they were both the best! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. They seriously have the best selection of dresses out of all the other places I looked at, and they are very respectful of the bride's budget!
