I absolutely recommend Ferndales Bridal. In search of the perfect dress, I made an appointment and really hoped I would find something. The team was incredibly helpful by bringing me lots of options, never made us feel rushed and answered all of my questions about alterations. ALL of their dresses require an order to be placed with the designer, so if you are looking for something same day, this won't be your best option. But, if you are looking for a great selection of gorgeous designer dresses, exceptional service and really great prices - this is your place. Even with these high gas prices, I drove 45 minutes each direction and would do it all over again. I'm so excited to have found my dress! Thank you ladies!

EMPLOYEE PUNCHED ME IN THE CHEST! I was there a couple weeks back and was searching for a dress, the day was good I found me dream dress until when I bought it and then when the Employee was gonna grab my dress to fold she punched me in the heart and DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE!? it hurt so much my day went from good to terrible, I have bad memories that I was punched in the chest when I found my wedding dress it's supposed to be a memorable day but now I just remember that my appointment sucked when she hit me. What's worse is that she knew and she just looked at me and turned away. Worst Experience EVER!

Ferndales has been amazing. It was the first shop I tried finding my wedding dress, and I didn't have to look any further - and to top it off, their alterations were perfect. I'm very disproportionate so I was worried they wouldn't be able to bring in the top as much as I needed, but they put in the long hours & hard work to make it happen and I couldn't be happier. I'm from Alaska so I came into town to get my dress altered and they did what they needed to to make sure it was ready to take home with me at the end of my 5 day trip to Orange County.

I highly recommend Ferndales to ALL brides - for your dress, alterations, and even bridesmaids dresses. The ladies there are so sweet and supportive, and their work is unmatched! Thank you Ferndales!

The staff at Ferndales are awesome. Anna helped me find the perfect dress! I added cap sleeves and got all the alterations done there too and my dress fit like a glove! I love this place and would recommend it to any bride!

Can't say enough good things about Ferndales! From the moment I walked in, Ana was so helpful and inviting. She made my whole experience of wedding dress shopping one to remember. I had went to David's bridal a couple weeks prior and the experience I received at Ferndales was the total opposite of what I received at David's bridal. I was the only one there with my mom and sister and Ana was so attentive and gave advice when trying on dresses. I would highly recommend this place.
