We offer a comprehensive selection of tent structures including high peak pole tents, clear-span structures, and sailcloth tents. Our inventory accommodates events from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions for 5,000+ guests. All installations are handled by our licensed, insured professionals with 4+ years experience.
Trade Show Rentals
Our trade show solutions include pipe and drape systems, tables, lighting, and specialized exhibit components. We provide 10ft pipe/drape sections at $53.30 and tables at $10.00 each, with professional setup and drayage services available for convention centers and corporate events.
Linens
We maintain 503 linen options including tablecloths, napkins, runners, and specialty overlays. Our inventory features gold chargers, chivari chairs, and coordinated color schemes for weddings and formal events, with complete sets available for immediate delivery.
Disaster Relief
Our rapid-response division provides immediate shelter solutions and catering services during natural disasters. Operating across Florida and neighboring states, we deploy frame tents, pole tents, and emergency supplies with 24/7 availability through our dedicated disaster relief hotline.
CAD Planning
We offer computer-aided design services for precise event layouts, including 2D/3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs. This service ensures optimal space utilization for tents, tables, and equipment, with professional consultation available through our experienced design team.
Questions
What colors are available for drapes and skirts?
We offer 8' drape colors including Teal, Purple, White, Black, Royal, Red, Forest, and Gold, with trade show skirts in 9 color options.
Can I change setup/dismantle dates?
Rescheduling is possible with 5-day notice. Overtime rates may apply for date changes.
Do I need permits for tent installations?
Customers are responsible for permits, but we coordinate the process for an additional fee.
When should I submit ID sign lists?
Final sign lists must be submitted 7 days before setup to ensure proper preparation.
What can I hang from trade show drapes?
Lightweight items under 20lbs may be hung using provided 'S' hooks on drape support bars.
Do you provide electric setup services?
We run extension cords and power strips for additional charges with advance arrangements.

US Tent Rental does an outstanding job and customer service is a priority with them. We recently held an event on a Saturday evening that was a fundraiser. Due to circumstances beyond on our control, we were notified that we needed more folding chairs a few hours before the event started. They pulled it off and saved the day! Can't say enough of about their customer service and professionalism.
