We used this company in the past for annual rentals. This year, we handled things the way we always have. Within hours our tables clothes were given away. I have no problem with the policy to give away things that aren't secured by down payment. What I have issue with is this policy not being communicated. To make it worse after calling to explain the disappointment and why we'd never use their service again the manager told me "we have ran our business like this for 22yrs and I don't want to deal with this so good bye".
So here we are. In the digital age customer service matters. We won't ever spend a dollar with this company again. There's tons of companies who can accommodate us and I suspect will provide much better service. To the "manager" who fielded my call. This is on you. Best wishes.

So I ordered a 20x40 tent with sidewalls for my wedding ceremony and reception, in which were very dirty and had some clips to hang it up with that were broken, under the impression that it would seat close to 100 people because that's what the owner or manager told me. Two days before my wedding they started setting up and I knew that it was WAY to small. I called All Needz Rental and asked if I could get an add on tent to make the tent I had bigger, they're excuse was that they were too busy and understaffed to bring another tent to us but recommended another company to rent from. I'll never rent from them again.

One of the best places to rent just about anything for your next event. We have used them for years now. If we need a larger table for a family event or outside tents and chairs this where we go. The staff is very professional and courteous. They are willing to help you pick out exactly what you need.
