My mom came by yesterday to get our toasting flutes etched for our wedding in September. After waiting 15 minutes past the opening time, the owner showed up and parked in a spot directly in front of the store. My mom waited another 5 minutes to give her time to open shop then had to spend another 15 minutes wandering around the store until the owner asked if she needed help.
After barely asking, "would y'all be able to put my daughter and her fiance's name on these?" she got a firm no followed by, "I don't know anyone who can do that." You're in the wedding industry. You have clients give this kind of information to you all the time. I find it VERY hard to believe you don't know anyone. Good thing I live in Houston and had someone better than this place do my wedding stationary. You couldn't pay me to shop here. I won't be back. Don't waste your money.
