I deserve credit or refund for funeral flower "arrangement" I ordered last week. I paid $60 for a small vase with few flowers and no bow. It was so pathetic it wouldn't even stand up and those who were going to contribute to the cost said "no way, you should ask for a refund." I could have gotten some at Smith's that would have been nicer. I have been a long time customer but that will likely change now. C N

I'm actually disappointed. I sent a picture of what I wanted and what I got was not what I asked for. I ordered a heart shape flower arrangement for great man and had some friends go in on it for his funeral. I did not get what I asked for and I sent the picture to the lady again of what I ordered and reminded her she gave me a quote. I ended up going and buying another dozen white roses to fill in the spots that should of had flowers.
I was so embarrassed to show my friends what they help purchase. I definitely felt like i was ripped off. I won't be going back. However I appreciate the apology I got from the lady who took my order.

I called 10 minutes before they closed asking if they could do a last minute delivery the next morning for a funeral and the person was so awesome and fit us in the schedule. She was professional, accommodating and made sure all details were accurate and taken care of. We need more businesses to follow suit with this type of customer service. Thank you!

The rose arrangement was gorgeous! Shay was very transparent and honest about the delivery time, she did not want to make a commitment that the shop could not keep. Then, the flowers were delivered hours before what they committed to. The service was fantastic and I appreciated Shay's enthusiasm for my reason to be buying flowers. They did it perfectly!

So very happy with Timp Valley Floral! I spent hours on the phone this morning trying to get an arrangement of some kind sent to the funeral home for my Great Aunt that was very last minute and I am not from the area. Finally was able to get Timp Valley on the phone and they were able to send something that was pre-made over to the funeral home in under the 1.5 hour timeline that I had and even personalized it for me. This was my first time ordering a large arrangement for Memorial Day. The staff at Timp Valley Floral talked me through all the price and design options. They asked specific questions to make sure they understood what I wanted. The arrangement was ready to go exactly when they promised it, and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Customer service and final product were both exceptional! I would highly recommend them, and will definitely order flowers from them in the future.

I ordered my wife some flowers but this other flower place failed to get them to her on her birthday. Timp Valley Floral to the rescue! They made them fast, with quality flowers, and even on time. The other flowers finally made it the next day and Timp's quality was far superior. I am not going to bother with any other stores next time. They have my business at Timp now!
