Pitiful arrangement. Almost $150 for nine old roses in a little glass cube This was even after making it deluxe size. As a military man, this was for my daughter. Felt ripped off and cheated. Called and expressed that the arrangement appeared to be a swap from what was picture. Tried to share with the owner my gentle frustration, he started yelling and being offensive, even swearing at me. Horrible experience and disgraceful behavior and attitude Will not use them again.

The flowers from this shop NEVER last more than a few days. And there is rarely any perfume. The flowers i have received always appear old and stale, and by day three they are always ready to be tossed, even tho i always follow their recommended care instructions. I called to let them know, not to get any money back or get a replacement, but just to provide feedback.

I was not angry, just disappointed. If i were a business owner, i would absolutely want to know if someone has been repeatedly dissatisfied by my product. And the owner was so utterly rude! He angrily shouted at me, yelled over what i was saying, repeatedly told me he was too busy to listen to me, and then hung up on me. Twice. I will absolutely never spend my money here. Their product, and their dreadful attitude leave much to be desired.

I always get lovely quality flowers here! Beautiful inside and the staff are super helpful. You'll never get those saggy supermarket flowers.

The owner is quite aggressive and derogatory.you've been warned! Also, do you know flower prices? If not, be wary of being ripped off.

I needed beautiful red roses delivered to the Marriott for our wedding anniversary in advance of our arrival. Not only where the roses and the arrangement beautiful, the delivery service was outstanding. Bravo!

I spent $165 on a sympathy basket for a friend of mine. What arrived were half dead damaged roses, unopened lilies, daisies and carnations. When I contacted them to complain all I received was attitude. I should have responded to the tag with the arrangement (I had them delivered to someone else) I should have complained sooner (I responded to the delivery confirmation and it tool GMail a few days to tell me it was undeliverable) and, my favorite, my friend should have put fresh cold water in the arrangement every morning to keep all the flowers from dying in under 5 days.

They called my friend, just called her during her mourning to demand to know what was wrong with the arrangement and told her that she hadn't cared for the flowers properly. If you want to over pay for cheap, low quality flowers and horrible customer service with attitude this is the place for you.

This is the first review I have ever written but I felt I need to warn people about this florist. I went into the shop today to ask for a very, simple bouquet for our upcoming, intimate wedding. The man (who I assumed was the owner) was EXTREMELY rude. There are other florists much more deserving of our business and support. I will never purchase anything from Mystic Florist.

The individual I dealt with (believe is the owner) was extremely rude and prices were unreasonable. After spending $15 for 2 peonies they were dead the next day. I called to address the issue and spoke to the same individual, his tone was quite condescending and had no interest in providing any customer service. Even without offering a refund, I would have expected to have been treated with some respect and understanding.

I came in about a week ahead of Mother's Day to order two arrangements- the man working there was very friendly and seemed like he understood what we were looking for. We spent 75 dollars on each one. Came in on Mother's Day, and as you would expect it was kind of crazy there. The woman who helped us was pretty rude telling me she "had no idea what I ordered" even though I had my receipt with me with all the details.

I was really disappointed in the Arrangements but didn't have time to do anything about it. They were really devoid of flowers- although I asked for greenery I didn't think that would mean we would get all lower quality filler flowers. The very few tiny roses that were there (maybe 6 per arrangement) were browning and crumpled and looked terrible. The greens were all bent and smooshed. Something I would have expected to get from stop and shop and not worth $75.

We were so happy with our Florist, Richard, owner of the The Mystic Florist Shop. He was so accommodating and honest right from the beginning. He was able to work within our budget and far exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond. His floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful, and were exactly what we wanted. Many guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Exceptional job!

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to a local restaurant to surprise my wife for our anniversary. Having never done this before, I was a bit nervous. Despite my worries, the bouquet showed up perfectly and really made the night special. I'd certainly order again and am completely happy with this one. Well done folks.

I was very pleased with the customer service when ordering. Flowers were dilivered within an hour and a half of my call. I was told the arrangement was "absolutely gorgeous." I am so glad I have stayed away from the FTD & 800 flowers because you get so much more for your money when you order directly from local florist. Since I live in Vegas, I relied heavily on the other reviews. Thank you.

3rd year wedding anniversary. no plan. Called Richard an hour before closing and explained my needs. He had the flowers waiting and my wife couldn't have been happier. She stated that they were the nicest flowers she's ever gotten. Thanks Richard. home-run. I'll definitely be back!

My husband bought me flowers for my birthday. The next morning they were dead. Brought them back and was treated rudely. They were blaming me and my husband and kept challenging me and talking snidely about me. All I wanted was to have them replaced. I was given new flowers but made to feel like a criminal with more rude comments. It was our first time using this florist and our last.

My thoughtful husband wanted to send me 18 long stemmed red roses for Valentines Day. He went to the shop several days prior to work out the details with the florist staff. I recieved 13 roses. A phone call to them was met with a " we're busy what do you want us to do". Finally, agreed to bring us the remainder. ( we live up the street). One of my roses was dead the next day! Sugestion: keep an eye on your order!

Awful manners on the man who calls customers. I believe he is the manager. I ordered flowers & chocolates from FTD for my parents anniversary. When my mother recived them she loved them -however I knew what I had spent on them and was really dissappointed. I called FTD to inquire- they called the florist. The next morning this CRUDE man called my parents and berated them for being unhappy with his flowers and told my mother I spent $30 on the arrangement.

He said he was coming to pick everything up -but my mom informed him that my Dad had already enjoyed a few pieces of the chocolate (because I did not tell my parents that I was unhappy with the order -just wanted them to enjoy it) He then proceeded to tell my mother that he would give her a lesson on how to deal with things. Needless to say when my very upset mother told me -I called him -Our first phone call was him yelling at me and then hanging up on me-very professional -then I called back and he blamed FTD for everything saying that he deals with a bunch of foreigners who dont know what their doing.and that he only got paid $30 out of what I spent with FTD.so thats why he sent such a crappy arrangement. HE is a liar and completely unprofessional.

Every person I spoke to at FTD spoke clearly, were nice &more than helpful. After they called him they issued me a FULL credit stating that he was loud-abrasive and uncooperative. I can understand a mistake-it's the way he handled it that was rude stay away from these people!
