Our flowers were beautiful for our wedding day! We had different boutonnieres done for different members in our wedding party and they each came out perfect. We received many compliments on our flowers! Working with Grays was a perfect addition to our wedding day - Jennifer was great to work with!

Very disappointed in the wreath I bought for my grandsons services.they used a thin ribbon for banner.his first name wasnt even on it just jr.paid 160 something dollars for the wreath.would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Updating my review. I accidentally gave the wrong address over the phone. Gray's flower shop gave me a call today and offered to deliver an arrangement to my friend. Thank you so much Gray's flower. It was totally a mistake on my part. And I appreciate you guys still delivering a flower arrangement to my friend! Awesome service! Payment was taken but the delivery was not made to my friend for her birthday today. I'm on a different time zone, and by the time I tried to call the business they were already closed

I have ordered from Grays my whole adult life. Yesterday I ordered what I called "A Happy Face Flower" telling the order person that it is a large mum that is decorated as a happy face. I've ordered them many times in the past. I gave VERY SPECIFIC delivery instructions. What was delivered was 2 small white carnations not very cutely decorated with 2 sprigs of greens in the back. $28.00. At least 3 calls were made by the delivery man, one to the recipient ((oops there goes the surprise element!) before delivery was made. I'm disappointed!

Ordered $100 funeral arrangement which had 2 roses and about 7 other diff flowers plus a bunch of greenery. Sent an email advising of my dissatisfaction but was never answered. Would NOT recommend this business.

Perhaps it was just a bad day, but nearly all the arrangements in the refrigerated cash - n - carry area had wilted flowers in them. Everything there is very expensive so you expect fresh for top dollar prices. Settled on a plant and the associate who assisted me was very, very nice. Again, maybe it was just a bad day. Been a customer since 1981.

I love going to Grey's for my flowers. They are very fresh and fragrant. I have never had a bad visit it's always been good. Staff is friendly and courteous. Today I went to have flowers delivered for a celebration of life. While there I also picked up two stuffed bears for the boys of the celebrate. Along with a nifty camero planter for their mom.
