Best arrangements and splashes of color. Love the silk flowers almost as much as their real flowers. Always a busy atmosphere, but customer service is excellent and very helpful.

I recently received a beautiful arrangement from Echelon Florist and was pleasantly surprised at the creativity and originality of the flowers used. The blooms that were chosen were tulips and it was so nice to have a piece of spring come into my home. The sender lives out of town and said their customer service was excellent and was a great help in selecting the arrangement.

Matt (the owner) is an artist. That's the main thing you need to know. When planning our wedding, I didn't know if I could have the "tropical in January" wedding of my dreams in January in Tennessee. This man made it happen! It's so clear that he is passionate about his job and it's so awesome to see someone who clearly loves what they do.

Even though the wedding industry is stressful and full of pressure, Matt was so kind, thoughtful, imaginative, creative, and did an amazing job. From my pinterest board, he showed us on google every step of his brainstorming for the tropical bouquets, and I learned so much from him. We added on an order of eucalyptus for our rehearsal dinner, and he even patiently showed us how to do our own eucalyptus arrangements so we could set them up without his help for rehearsal dinner!

We rented a circular arbor with floral arrangement for the altar, and got boutonnieres, bouquets, table arrangements for reception, and eucalyptus for the rehearsal dinner- and still came in under our floral budget! Wholeheartedly recommend Matt and Echelon florist for all of your floral needs!

I'm so happy with the bouquet made for my friend's 30th birthday. I called and didn't really know what I wanted except for something "fun", I think I said. They knocked it out of the park! So gorgeous and my friend loved them.

Matt and his team at Echelon Florist did our June 2020 wedding florals. I cannot brag enough about his work. Truly, they were the most beautiful flowers I could have asked for. It's a wonderful thing to have someone bring your dreams to life, and he did that for our wedding. I told him what I wanted, shared my Pinterest board with him and he truly delivered. Echelon was highly recommended to us by our fantastic wedding planner, Angie Froemel. It truly is a testament to their craft that they were able to create the exact look I knew I wanted without me needing to know what the heck I was talking about. I explained my theme, vibe, and preferred palette to Matt at our one and only meeting (It was a destination wedding in the Smokies and I was only in the area for meetings one time the year prior.) and he knocked it out of the park right away.

He took my vague ideas and gave them colors, names, and impeccable designs. Flower and plant species I had never seen before were blended perfectly and reflected my vision better than I had even dreamed. He also ran with my special requests and they had no issue when I needed to make alterations due to a significant change in guests. I deeply appreciate the attention to detail, love, natural talent, and skill that went into every piece created.

Our pictures speak louder than my words but if we ever need floral services in the area again for an anniversary, vow renewal, or special event of any kind, we will definitely use Echelon!

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Easy online ordering was a nice feature. Flowers were delivered as requested. The flowers both looked and smelled great. I would no doubt use them again as they gained my trust with this purchase!

This place is great Beautiful Flowers! They are so friendly and have great customer service in there. I have used them for Mother's Day and many other occasions and they have always gotten the orders correct and they are lovely and done on time. The prices are great too I def suggest using Echelon Florist the next time you need flowers.

First time I've ever ordered flowers from a local florist instead of proflowers - and the experience was wonderful. 1. The order was delivered within 24 hours of placing it (and it was placed on a Sunday). That is without expedited shipping! 2. The arrangement was beautiful, see photo. I will continue to use Echelon for all flower orders to my loved ones who live in and around Knoxville. I would only request that they add more to their online ordering options because I'll definitely be back for more.

You should never buy flowers from anywhere else in Knoxville. I have been sending my mom, step mom and girlfriend Echelon flowers for as long as I can remember and they produce the most beautiful, creative arrangements every time. They get 5 stars because they have been 5 stars EVERY time
