It's been a pleasure working with this company. I'm sure you'd feel as good about doing business with them as I do about working for them. It's a family owned business that works at being as a family with their employees. After years of OTR trucking, my social skills have depreciated. Working here has helped me gain some people skills back.

We had a nice, easy experience. Ellen patiently worked with me discussing different layouts and configurations and replied to my many inquiries very quickly. Set up and tear down were also completed quickly. This is just shy of a 5th star because many of the chairs we rented needed some additional cleaning. We would definitely use Mutton again.

We emailed about a slushie machine rental on Monday afternoon and got a quote. They told us we could come in and sign a contract and pay whenever. We didn't have time to stop by until Thursday morning the same week, three days later. When we showed up my fiance let them know he had a quote and needed to sign a contract. They told us we didn't have a quote and couldn't get one because the machines were no longer available for rental.

At first whoever was working there didn't want to pull up our emails to check even after we specified that we already had a quote. We were then told that on the end of the work day on Monday, they received a notice that they were no longer to rent out the machines for whatever reason, and thus, because we didn't sign a contract and hadn't paid yet, told us on Thursday morning when we got there that they couldn't honor our quote and wouldn't let us rent.

I understand that, I really do. But how hard would it have been to send an email to us to let us know that before we wasted our time coming in? Especially if you were notified the literal day that we were inquiring about it. That is poor customer service. We won't be renting from here and will be letting our friends and family know not to as well. You handled this poorly. We will be going somewhere else for our needs. Have a nice day.

Our Roaring 20's NYE party wouldn't have been the same, without Mutton! From the early emails with Lizanne, to the pick-up process with the warehouse - everything was PERFECT! Even though we only had 6 tables at our party they were the perfect addition, for those that didn't want to sit. After seeing their showroom, it certainly influenced as to how we decorated the tables. We'll be back

We went to muttonrental and rented some Dogwood trees for a wedding. The wedding was suppose to take place on April 4th, 2020. As everyone knows the dire situation we are all in because of the Coronavirus outbreak, and as everyone also knows the CDC and County health officials have shut down many events. Well thanks to this outbreak the wedding had to be cancelled(which we totally understand)better safe than sorry.

But the heartless people at Muttonrental will only return 50% of the price (which we paid in full).Way to help out when there is a national crisis Muttons! We will never recommend them to anyone, or never again use their services! We have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau! It would be totally different if we just changed our minds. Not the case, our minds were changed for us due to the national pandemic this virus has caused! Talk about being money hungry!

I wanted to let you know that I am frankly displeased with your service. I tried to handle the situation without putting Bob Mutton employees or All Occasions employees in a pinch. Instead of checking the linen on site today while I was already in Fort Wayne, I now have to drive all the way back there and try to re-exchange linen, because I got a call 4 hours later that the linen returned was "not acceptable".

I am sorry that we caused you any inconvenience about the linen in the first place, but this is now completely disrespectful that I will have to spend another 1/2 day (running as a middle man) in between two companies, as I was trying to resolve this issue. Your employees could have frankly helped with the situation when I was at the shop today, and didn't.

That is not excellent customer service. Positive reviews will not be left, and you have lost all future business with any of our businesses. We will be renting from Taylor Rental and All Occassions for any future rental needs.

We rented a hundred chairs for our wedding in Anderson and while they weren't able to deliver the chairs to our venue in Anderson, the lovely people at Muttons were very helpful in helping us determine was size truck to rent and even helped us load everything in! We really appreciated the quality of their chairs as well as the service we received! Our wedding was beautiful! Thank you Mutton Party & Tent Rental!

These people were great to work with, very friendly. Our company was having a Christmas party and we had to make a few last minute additions the morning of and they handled it with ease and patience. I would recommend to anyone!

Mutton did an amazing job helping us plan and execute our wedding. They were very easy and pleasant to work with, from the sales staff, to the delivery crew. Very accommodating and happy to answer our questions, they helped us fit everything we needed in to our budget and were happy to make adjustments when we needed them. Great experience!

For over a month, the company I work for had been planning a picnic, using Mutton for the tent, tables and chairs rental. 2 days prior to the event, I called to check up on the locate, which their employee told me she would take care of. I didn't get a good feeling from her that anything had been done. Within 5 minutes I received the contract with a note that stated she needed it back the same day.

About 10 minutes later, I get a call from Matt Mutton (owner's son). He rudely told me that he had just received my order and he didn't know why I hadn't retuned the contract in a timely manner. When I pushed back, and told him that I just got the contract, he didn't believe me and was going to "check the email string". He also made a few other rude accusations and then hung up on me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MUTTON'S!

When he realized that HE was the one who had screwed up, he tried everything under the sun to apologize. Do they not realize that they aren't the only place in town that offers the same service? He tried to offer me 50% off of our order. I would of paid 50% MORE just so they didn't step a foot on our property. I have had bad customer service from their Power Equipment side in the past, I guess I was hoping the Party and Tent Rental was better.

I was sadly mistaken. Bottom line, there are other places to rent tent, chairs, tables, etc. from.don't waste your time with rude people who don't appreciate their customers.
