Words cannot possibly express the quality of this company and even more importantly, the quality and dedication and character to world class service from its owner, Kalo. I have been using him for almost 10 years. They have been nothing but first class and my recent experience with him when I went to say my final goodbye to my mother Was beyond the call of duty and he comforted me. We needed transportation for our large group and did not want to use the company we had last year because they showed up late and their bus was old and dirty. We found Chief Chicago Limo and decided to book with them. Excellent service, text reminders and notifications, even arrived 20 minutes earlier, new and clean charter bus. They made me sign a contract and verify my credit card which kind of bothered me a bit but we got what we wanted. Their bus service is not cheap but its the best. Highly recommend!

Was greeted by David and he was very communicative and detailed as to where to meet him. O'Hare airport is going through construction so it was tough to navigate, but he was extremely helpful in making this happen quickly. The drive to the hotel was great, David and I chatted a bit about the area and he was great at pointing out some things in the area as well as some great food places. Definitely will book with these guys again!

Traveling with my family during these challenging times is hard enough, let alone to downtown Chicago. Upon arrival our driver Kalo was waiting, helped with our luggage and before we knew it at our hotel in downtown Chicago. Because he was so nice, clean and sanitized car, we hired him to drive us around for the several days before also taking us back to the airport.

Company was very communicative and prompt. Even when our flight arrived quite early, they showed up right after we picked up our luggage. Alex (our driver) was friendly and very patient with our (very tired) young kids. I would definitely consider booking with Chief Chicago Limo again in the future.

I would highly recommend this service, our driver was amazing. Our pick up time was at 430am, he was in the driveway at 415am if not earlier! The car was clean and had more than enough space. When we landed our driver was already waiting! This is a perfect way to go on vacation! No hassle no worries about parking or anything! Also I over paid our driver and he contacted me letting me know I paid to much because the bills were stuck together! I would have never known! I was really impressed! From start to finish the driver was professional and courteous. He helped solve a scheduling issue and monitored our flight. It was nice to get a welcoming text when we landed. Our driver was fantastic. We had an international flight and were going through immigration and customs. He stayed in touch with us tracking our progress so that he could time his arrival for when we will be ready with our bags. He was right there when we came through. We had a lot of luggage and he helped us with all of it. I highly recommend this service.
