My daughter and I went in to shop for wedding dresses. The shop was beautiful and the customer service was amazing. She said YES to the dress and she was very happy. If your in the market for a wedding dress this is a must go to place before you make a decision.

I had the best experience while finding my wedding dress! Kelcie made our visit so special and specifically tailored my appointment to my wants and designs.
You truly feel like a Queen as you try on as many dresses as you wish. Kelcie does everything for you so all you have to do is have fun. She hangs up and takes care of the dresses and does the running around for you.
She made sure the dress sizes were perfect and was incredibly patient as my girls

J Majors was my first big wedding dress shopping trip with my MOH and one of my bridesmaids and they were so wonderful it was also my last! I was looking for a dress that was classic and elegant. The husband and wife team that own the store carefully reviewed my appointment notes and were prepared with a curated selection of gowns at my arrival. They were professional and incredibly knowledgeable but also made the experience so fun! I would recommend the store to any Bride who wants to say yes to the perfect dress for your wedding day.

I found J. Majors after shopping for a few weeks. I got lucky and had the whole shop to myself. Staff was very friendly and patient with me. I felt so comfortable. They had a wide selection of dresses so I could try on a bunch of styles. The whole experience was peaceful and I found my dress!! They did my measurements and ordered the dress for me. When the dress came, I got to try it on again in the store to make sure the fit was perfect. Could not have had a smoother process of finding a dress.

I had the absolute best experience at J. Major's and cannot recommend it more highly! From beginning to end, the staff were so accommodating, easy going, and kind. I scheduled two appointments on my dress shopping day and did enjoy both shops, but really loved the boutique feel and attentiveness of J. Major's. I didn't buy my dress the first day but never felt pressured by the staff. I went back to the shop a second time and got the full appointment time to reconsider and find my dress! Given that dress shopping can be stressful and high pressure, they went above and beyond to make sure I still enjoyed it and felt comfortable in my decision.

Every detail about their process was thoughtful and helped me be sure I was getting a quality item. They were always transparent about pricing and timeline too. When I booked the appointment, I could look through their designers and some dresses ahead of time and plan for my visit. There were plenty of options I loved, and I did find my dream dress. When my dress came in, they wore gloves to make sure the dress stayed pristine before the big day. All around very impressed and so glad other friends recommended J. Major's to me. I did not find my dress here, but I still give it a five star experience. Madison, the owner, is committed to expanding her size inclusivity. She has great vision for this and a beautiful attitude toward helping meet brides where they are. She provided resources and ideas where she was unable to support. It was not about earning my business, it was about making sure I am a happy and fulfilled bride. She was my first shop and I wished she could have been my last. I'd give her my business any day if I was able.

I cannot thank the owners and staff enough for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I went twice and ended up saying yes to a dress I wouldve never imagined picking for myself from seeing it on the rack. Both of the stylists I had listened to the feedback from me and my group and between the two visits they were able to match me to the perfect dress.

Dress shopping at J Majors was the easiest part of the wedding planning process. The studio is light and airy and I loved that the curtain pulled back to reveal me in the dress instead of having to walk out. Most importantly, the staff were so supportive and nice! They helped me pick out wildcards so I could make sure I was choosing the dress even though I picked the second dress I tried on! The dress came in on schedule and the tailor they recommended was phenomenal. I would recommend J Majors to all brides!

Kelsey help me she was amazing she was very helpful and made the process not as stressful full. They have a large selection without it being overwhelming I liked the way the dresses were set up and that you just put the circle on the one you liked. I had an amazing time and the hour and a half blew by. I would definitely recommend as the first place ti go it was not overwhelming and they were so nice! The environment was so relaxing!

Found my dream dress! Had a great experience with Sydney at J. Majors. I love that there was a smaller selection with a perfect mix of classic and more modern styles - it made it a lot less overwhelming and I was able to focus in on a particular style. They also are very responsive and I got quick responses questions.

I cant say enough good things about my experience at J Majors! I pretty much knew the exact dress I wanted but Ryeana was so knowledgeable about all the dresses and styles and was so helpful in honoring my wishes while encouraging me to step outside the box! She made the whole process feel so relaxed and I was completely at ease throughout my whole appointment. Both Ryeana and Sydney were also incredibly helpful during my second appointment with sizing and ordering - I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for their dream dress!

J Majors was the first bridal shop my sister went to to try on wedding gowns. Best experience we could have asked for. The boutique was beautiful, intimate, and welcoming. Lexi was a fantastic consultant-youre so lucky if youre booked with her! She was so kind with our group and made sure the experience was all about my sister. J. Major's is the best! After visiting several bridal shops, I went back to J. Major's because it was the best experience, best staff, and best selection of dresses & veils! From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed and excited! The team (especially Lexi & Nicole!) are so helpful. The team had clear communication on pricing, shipping expectations, and the best recommendation for alterations.

I had my first bridal appointment at JMajors last weekend. I will say that I walked out feeling so special and taken care of by the salon and the consultant we worked with, Emily. Their process for pulling gowns was so fun and made me feel like I was being listened to and respected. Emily was calm, patient and knowledgeable while answering many questions. My sister and mother felt comfortable as well while they were supporting me. The salon itself feels exclusive and private. I would recommend other brides to come to JMajors for the true bridal experience!

My family and I had an appointment with Lexi at J Morgans to find the perfect wedding dress for my cousin. Lexi truly made our visit amazing. You have your own area and good quality dresses to choose from. I definitely recommend this boutique!

My mom and I went to J Majors where I found my wedding dress! Ultimately, I purchased that dress from a bridal shop in Ohio as thats where I got married and I was worried about transferring the dress without my husband seeing it if I bought in NC. The staff at J Majors was very understanding and I ended up returning to the shop to purchase my veil. The shop is beautiful, the staff is so friendly, and the selection is great! J.Majors was fantastic for dress shopping! Sydney was awesome - She was very genuine and made me feel totally comfortable. All the ladies I interacted with at the shop were great though! The atmosphere overall is really lovely: Very clean, lots of natural lighting, and it didnt feel overwhelming like some other bridal shops. They were really easy to communicate with, always responsive over e-mail with scheduling follow-ups and eventually picking up my dress!!

Thank you J.Majors! I would 100% recommend wedding dress shopping here. We went shopping for my sister in laws wedding dress and this was the first shop we went to. Our consultant, Emily, made us feel right at home immediately and was so warm and friendly. We got to start by walking around their collections and tagging what dresses we liked. Emily gave the bride the tags, and left it up to the bride if she wanted to tag them all her self or let family members/friends tag dresses as well. I think this helped make sure the bride felt centered in the day. Emily helped us narrow down the dresses to 3 top ones, which helped the bride not get overwhelmed with so many beautiful options. She was also really informative about the types of dresses, possible alterations, and really listened to feedback about each dress and took that into account when pulling more. The lighting in the salon is gorgeous, with natural light overlooking where the bride tries on dresses, which gave a warm golden glow and made the dresses look even better. This is a small business I highly recommend supporting. P.S. free mimosas!

Lexi helped me find my dream wedding dress, and from start to finish the experience was flawless. I really appreciated how low pressure the whole team was - all dresses were tagged with clearly visible prices and they never put you in a dress outside of your budget. They also are fully understanding and supportive if you have other appointments booked, knowing most people book multiple appointments in a day. In fact, I found my dress at J. Majors but ended up keeping my second appointment elsewhere just to be sure. The second experience was not even CLOSE to J. Majors and I couldnt get back enough to officially say yes! I went to 3 stores before J. Major's and Madigon was my favorite stylist by far! She was so enthusiastic, never made me feel pressured to like a dress, nor rushed me (even though I was her last appointment for the day). She also clipped and shaped the dress the best out of all the other stylist I've had which is so important in seeing the dress as close to what it would look like. The boutique didn't have tons and tons of dresses which is nice if you get overwhelmed with too many options. The staff as a whole were so friendly; Cannot recommend coming here enough!

Wow Emilee is fantastic! She is so sweet and approachable and was thoroughly helpful and supportive during my appointment! She really cares about me finding my perfect dress and feeling beautiful/ comfortable on my big day. She was also super lovely with my mom! The layout of the store is easy to navigate and I was thrilled that I was able to try on ANY dress in a sample that fit me (plus size)! Definitely book Emilee if you can because she listened and helped me find a dress off the rack within my price range. I definitely recommend visiting J Majors!!

My favorite wedding dress shop! I bought the Jenny Yoo Abernathy and loved the simple, elegant princess look of it. The staff was amazing and never overwhelmed me with trying to sell me a dress. They gave me time to decide and try on dresses as I pleased, without any pressure to commit. They didn't charge an appointment fee and included a free glass of champagne! They also often have deals They are truly lovely. I loved supporting their business. Happy wedding!

Firstly, we came from two hours away and we got there super early on accident and the staff was super accommodating and let us start almost an hour earlier than our scheduled time. The facility was very clean and elegant. The woman who helped us was so sweet and very attentive. Not only was she great but all the staff made us feel welcome. I was so anxious going into this boutique, as I had already been wedding dress shopping once before at a different bridal store (it was a horrible, and stressful experience) BUT this place-THIS place made my wedding dress shopping experience better than I could have ever imagined. All the girls there are great and make you feel so beautiful. They make you feel like royalty, and even give you mimosas! I had an incredible experience with Nicole at J Majors. I traveled from Ohio for my visit and it was my first and last bridal shop as I said yes to the dress with Nicoles expertise and support!! I felt welcomed from the second I stepped in the door. She treated my mom and my sister so well - an experience and day we will never forget! Nicole and Kaylyn were amazing! After having shopped earlier in the day at J. Majors, I had returned to take another look at my top 3 dresses. I was from out of town and only in for the weekend. Understanding that I did not know when I would be back, they made time to stay open and accommodate myself and my party. After picking my dream dress, they even put a hold to their personal plans to size me and fully explain the ordering process. Shopping at J. Majors was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream wedding dress!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about J. Majors!!! While I ultimately bought my dress elsewhere since I was particular about the sleeve length/style and found the perfect gown at another boutique, I still wanted to write a review on The Knot for fellow brides who are maybe just starting the hunt for the perfect dress! The associate who helped us, Rachel, was incredibly warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and respectful of the style of dress I wanted (I had experiences elsewhere where I felt like the salesperson was trying too hard to push me to try on dresses that I simply didn't like in an effort to "have fun" and push me out of my comfort zone- thanks but no thanks). Rachel listened to me when I described my perfect dress, looked at photos I had saved as inspiration, and was incredibly helpful at guiding me to dresses that I immediately fell in love with. Also, I think it's important to note that this shop is very high-end and sophisticated, but not once did it have a 'stuffy' or self-important feel to it- Rachel and the shop owner and the other salesperson were kind, down-to-earth, and genuine. Nothing seemed fake or put-on. J. Majors truly set the bar VERY high for wedding dress shopping and showed us what the bridal gown try-on process should look and feel like! I cannot recommend this sweet boutique enough!!!

I had the best experience finding my dress at J. Majors! Rachel was my consultant and couldn't have been any better. I told her a particular dress in the window caught my eye before I even walked in the store. She had me try on this dress first and it turned out to be the one! They have a wide variety of styles and the store is bright, clean, and fun! Definitely recommend!

I had the best experience at J.Majors! This was the first bridal shop that I went to and I knew when I left that day that I had found my dress! I went to another bridal shop to explore my options but in no way did the selection, customer service and experience compare to J. Majors! I purchased my dress nearly a year before my wedding and every time I wanted to come in for a fitting I felt valued and appreciated. I highly recommend J. Majors to all brides-to-be!
