We provide TABC-certified bartenders for weddings, parties, and corporate events across Central Texas. Margarita Service
Our signature margaritas are made from scratch using 100% agave tequila and fresh juices. Available in 5-gallon batches (100 servings) or half batches, this turnkey service includes all necessary supplies and leftover beverage preservation. Ideal for events seeking premium cocktails without machine rentals.
Sangria Service
We offer homemade red and white sangria recipes served in 2-gallon batches (43 servings). The service includes delivery, setup, and client-chosen glassware. Our sangria pairs well with weddings and outdoor events, providing a memorable beverage option with minimal client effort.
Coffee Bar Service
Our coffee bars feature regular and flavored coffee options with sweeteners and creamers. Available until bar closing, this service includes disposable cups and stirrers. For smaller events, we provide Keurig machines with K-pods to ensure fresh coffee throughout your celebration.
Glassware Rentals

I highly recommend WeTendBar! They were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. During wedding planning, they were very responsive and helpful over email (I had a lot of questions, as I've never hired a bartender before). For our wedding day, Greg was our bartender. He was an absolute delight in person --- friendly, outgoing, and resourceful (really everything you want in a bartender!). He also cut our wedding cake, which is definitely above and beyond!

Communication with Greg upon booking was super easy and he helped me narrow down what we should pick up for the bar (I was clueless!). Shelley, our bartender, was so nice and personable and the lines were never long! The margaritas and sangria were delicious as well. If we ever need a bartender in the future we would definitely book with We Tend Bar again.

We used the WTB team to pour our beer and wine at my wedding in Round Top; great choice. Verinda was extremely gracious in all communication, she showed up on time, and so far as I can tell, the line was never very long at the bar so she was probably serving people very quickly!

I can't say enough good things about this company! I threw a few curveballs and they just rolled with it. They always made me feel at ease and told me they would take care of everything. I was never worried about them as a vendor for our wedding. Guests loved them and thought they were fantastic! And as a bride, they made everything perfect. I highly recommend them for your wedding or any event! Margaritas and sangrias were also a hit! We love these guys!

Verinda and Greg were a joy to work with. They always responded to my emails in a very timely manner and with much courtesy. On the wedding day, they arrived right on time to ice down our beers/wine and champagne. They also made sure my champagne flute was always filled throughout the reception. Our guests also enjoyed talking with them throughout the night. I highly recommend We Tend Bar for weddings and special events. Thank you both so much for a great wedding!

Verinda and Greg are amazing! I had a not so great experience with my venue who decided 2 weeks before my wedding to get their beer/wine license. They then tried to bully me and my fiance to go with their in house vendor and pay extreme prices. We had already contracted WeTendBar 6 months prior so I told Verinda what was going on. She is such a life saver and an angel. She responded to all my frantic phone calls immediately and all my daily stressed text messages.
She was so sweet through it all and not only helped me handle the situation but involved herself by speaking directly to the manager of the venue to insure my day was perfect. And it was! Thanks to her and her awesome husband Greg who was the main bartender at my wedding. My guests loved him and his drink making abilities with the open bar set up we had. The Sangria and Watermelon margaritas were also a BIG HIT! There is no doubt in my mind to use WeTendBar again for any of my future functions. They are for sure the absolute best and their prices are very reasonable.

I've put on countless events in various parts of the country, and the team at We Tend Bar is without a doubt the most professional and easy to work with group of fun loving bartenders I've ever had!
