Did not follow the directions for what I wanted. Flowers are already crumbling and the photo they placed inside is curling on the edges and looks like everything was hot-glued down by a toddler. Tried to go there multiple times and they are always closed during operating hours. How are you even supposed to get ahold of these people? Can't believe we were charged so much for something so awful. I wish I had never given them my flowers. Truly devastating and a waste of precious money.

This place is terrible. I had paid a girl for a down payment to do my shadow box. Well she quit half way through and never told me. By the time I didnt hear from her I had been working with the corporate office and they said they would hold my stuff for me to come pick it up. Qnd mind you I had lost my bouquet too, because the lady had no care for them. It had probably been 8 months to a year because work gets busy and so does life.
I called them to make sure they had it so I could finally come get it. Well turns out they had thrown away all my stuff that included my $200 veil. She stated they were in contact with me and my husband, however I know for a fact my husband would never had called. They lied and also chose not to contact me before throwing away memories. This is a terrible company. I will never work with them again.
