What's included in your all-inclusive wedding package?
Our all-inclusive package includes venue rental, catering, tables/chairs, linens, tableware, decor, setup/cleanup, and professional coordination. Florals and specialty rentals are additional.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12-18 months ahead for peak dates. Weekend availability fills quickly, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines for weekday events.
Can we use outside vendors?
Yes, while we recommend our preferred vendors for reliability, couples may use outside vendors provided they meet our insurance requirements and coordinate with venue logistics.
What's your inclement weather policy?
Our outdoor ceremony space has a covered area for light rain. In case of severe weather, ceremonies move indoors to the ballroom with no additional charge.
Do you offer accommodation packages?
We partner with local hotels and vacation rentals for group rates. While we don't have on-site lodging, our preferred vendors provide transportation and overnight stay options for guests.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to new dates within 12 months. Final payments are due 90 days before the event with partial refunds available for cancellations before this period.

Beautiful clean venue with amazing manager and staff and endless possibilities! We had our dream wedding at The Terrace Club and are so happy with our decision. We'd highly recommend the Terrace Club team! We were supposed to be a 2020 wedding, and they were so accommodating in helping us move to our 2022 date. The team was so communicative and handled all of the day-of logistics so we could really enjoy ourselves. And the space is beautiful! Great outdoor space for the ceremony and cocktail hour--you really don't have to spend much to make it look gorgeous. And the interior can really be customized for whatever your vision is. Our guests had nothing but great things to say!

I recently got engaged and my fiance and I called The Terrace Club after seeing their website. We reached out and I spoke to Kristen - she was super friendly and gave me some great general wedding advice. We set up an appointment to view the venue the following weekend and completely fell in love! Hunter (the owner) met us at the front lobby with a huge smile, she was so friendly! Kristen gave us a tour of every aspect in the venue and showed us pictures of past weddings to give us ideas.
We committed to getting married there before we even left! She has sent a bunch of follow up emails to help us with wedding planning checklists and suggest plenty of vendors to use. We cannot wait for our special day here - I will update my review once we tie the knot!

I had THE BEST experience choosing The Terrace Club to get married. From start to finish they walked me and my husband through the entire planning process and the ladies here were like wedding godmothers. They had such great recommends and advice to make our big day exactly what we wanted. On the day of the wedding Kristen and her team were AMAZING and took such good care of us. I couldn't be happier that we got married here and highly recommend it to any couples looking!
