Services
Chair Rentals
We offer diverse chair options including Chiavari, White Garden Resin, Black Garden Wood, and Brown Metal folding chairs. All chairs can be rented with fabric covers or sashes in 77 color choices. Our inventory accommodates events from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations with seating for up to 300+ guests.
Table Rentals
Our table rentals include banquet, round, and cocktail tables in multiple sizes. Options range from 6ft banquet tables seating 6-8 guests to 8ft banquet tables accommodating 8-10 guests. We also provide 60" and 72" round tables, standard and bar-height cocktail tables, and sweetheart tables for special arrangements.
Tent Rentals
We provide frame tents, pole tents, and marque tents in sizes from 20'x20' to 60'x200' for events with over 300 guests. Our rentals include sidewalls, lighting, flooring, and securing options. We offer planning advice for optimal tent placement and interior layout design to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing event spaces.
Tabletop Rentals
Our tabletop rentals feature white china dinnerware, heavy-weight stainless steel flatware, and clear durable glassware. The collection includes 10" dinner plates, 9" salad plates, 8.5oz wine glasses, and 10.5oz water goblets. We also provide chargers in silver, black, red, off-white, and gold plate finishes to enhance your table presentation.
Wedding Decor Rentals
We offer comprehensive wedding decor rentals including 300+ fabric options for linens, chair covers, and table runners. Our inventory features silver and gold candelabras, draping materials, and decorative accessories. With over 77 fabric pad cover choices for Chiavari chairs and various napkin styles, we help create cohesive and elegant event designs.

We hired Deslie to coordinate and decorate our wedding and she rocked it! She was amazing to work with from start to finish; she is full of ideas, very detailed and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. She made our dream wedding a reality and alleviated so much stress. She even followed up with us after our honeymoon to congratulate us.

Could not get a hold of them in time for my little event. Left voice mails but calls were only returned a week or 2 later. Omg I think this was the wrong company! My husband and I are very sorry

I needed a last day request for more chairs & tables & the owner Deslie & her husband came thru for our event. Their nice chairs were in great shape & were in strong protective casings to protect them in the vehicle while being delivered. Strongly recommend!

This was my first timing book with Premier Wedding & Party Rentals. Deslie took such good care of us even though we had a last minute request for tables, chairs, and linens. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions with ease, not to mention the very fair prices set for all of their services. We had an event at my shop last Friday morning and at the last second on Thursday afternoon we found out that were desperately in need of a bunch of chairs. I called Premier shortly before they closed for the day and they were wonderful! They provided fantastic service, and really got us out of a pinch. Prices couldn't be beat either! I'll definitely use them again in the future! Thanks Premier!
