Rented a party bus for our huge family to go to the celtics last weekend, all with a huge help from Steve. I was referred to Steve from another limo company and he made it happen on a short notice. Not only did he make it happen- he went above and beyond with just his genuine customer service. To top it off he provided us with the greatest driver chris. He was OUTSTANDING. From singing along with our insane family, to seeing it out that we were all comfortable, and to making sure everyone was always accounted for before departing the garden. Our family just wants to thank you for your tremendous work and now we think we've found an annual tradition thanks to gray's limousine!

Needed a 8-12 person limo for a wedding and Steve was easy to work with. Reviewed our scheduled pick up/drop-offs 3x for confirmation. He is thorough and fairly priced. I would recommend.

We used Gray's for our wedding. Steve was extremely helpful on the phone, explaining the range of options available. We had a wedding party of 14 and I was looking at a stretch limo. I appreciate that Steve advised me to consider the Escalade instead, which seats 20. Initially I wouldn't have gone for that, but he discussed how comfortable guests might be in each vehicle. The Escalade was definitely the right choice.
Our guests were happy and each had room to sit. We also had room for a few extra people who decided to join us. Our driver was Jeff. After the wedding he alerted us to the amount of time left on the contract so we wouldn't go over or be charged extra without knowing. I really appreciated this. He also gave us our champagne toast, carried bags, and helped everyone in and out of the vehicle. He worked with the photographer to get different shots, and suggested opening the hatch for a great picture of the whole wedding party in the limo. All had a safe ride and a nice time.

My daughter and her friends used Gray's Limousine for their prom and the service they received was outstanding. The limo driver could not have been nicer and was on time getting them to the prom and was waiting for them when it was over. Would highly recommend Gray's Limousine.
