Our dedicated team of over 35 staff and volunteers offers a wide range of gifts, floral arrangements, and patient convenience items. We specialize in custom gift baskets and provide complimentary local delivery and curbside pickup. Our professional floral designers create arrangements using the freshest seasonal blooms. All profits support Overlook Medical Center's community initiatives, including healthcare programs, research, and patient care services. With a history of over a century of service, we combine tradition with modern convenience to meet our customers' needs.Our team includes experienced professionals like Manager Tricia Sammarone and Floral Designer Laura McDowell, who has been with us since 2007. We maintain strong community ties through volunteer opportunities and partnerships with local organizations. Our unique offerings include honey from the medical center's on-site apiary, with over 3,500 jars sold to date. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we remained open to provide essential services to frontline workers and the community.

Being across the country is tough when a friend is in the hospital. I called The Gift Shop and Bloom and was giving affordable options to send to my friend. Service was quick and easy and very friendly. The recipient of the flowers sent me a photo and I was impressed. I highly recommend them.

Laura and the Bloom Florist team did an incredible job for Overlook Foundation's last two galas. The flowers were stunning and really artfully arranged. I use Bloom for my personal needs as well and am always thrilled with the results.

I have used Bloom for flowers for numerous occasions over the last 10 years and have always been pleased. If you need flowers for a holiday, special event or a birthday, this should be your go to place! They provide free local delivery as well as delivery to Overlook Medical Center. Bloom has a wide variety of flowers and they last "forever"! Also, great customer service and will work within your budget.

It has been a pleasure to work with Bloom for my floral needs. It is so easy to call, order, pay in advance and take advantage of free local delivery for yourself (for parties or holiday arrangements etc) or when sending flowers to others. Additionally, you can pull up to the front door of the hospital and a Bloom employee will bring arrangements out to your car if you are on the go. It's a great way to support Overlook!
