My daughter hired First Class for my granddaughters Wedding when the car arrived to take us to the church I had an issue. I'm disabled and I couldn't raise my legs to get in the car. The driver Kieth was incredible he suggested a few ways that might helpand when I couldn't success do any of them he asked if he could physically help me. He literally lifted me into the car, and while we were in church he went home and got a step stool talk about above and beyond. I will be forever grateful!

I have used this limo company three times with no issue however, I booked a party bus for December to go to see a broadway play then dinner and we had to postpone due to Covid we rescheduled for April and now the show closed before the reschedule date. Owner is refusing to give me my deposit of $200 back. Covid then the play closed for God sakes I would maybe have used him in December but not now we have spent over $4000 with him over the years and he throws it all away for $200. Not a good business move on his part lost a customer for life.

We've been using First Class for years for airport transportation and they are always extremely reliable. This weekend we rented one of their party buses to take us to Atlantic City for a wedding shower. I cannot rave enough about the service from start to finish. Booking, answering my questions, customer service. The driver we had was the BEST! Lillian drove us down and back with a smile on her face and the best attitude.
She drove in sun, rain, sleet and snow and my guests and I were completely comfortable the entire time. She commented on the wind on the ride home and we honestly never even noticed it. A true professional driver and professional company. Lillian- you can drive me anytime! Thank you so much!

We used first class for our Bentley for our wedding and our driver Marco was AWESOME! Not only was he on time and friendly but he actually came into the church and was fluffing my gown before my wedding - wow! Truly an amazing company. The car was clean and there was champagne for us. We felt like movie stars and Marco took such great care of us. Thank you Marco! You made our wedding day really special!
