We recommend booking as soon as you confirm event details to ensure equipment availability.
What are your delivery and pickup hours?
Most weekend events receive deliveries Thursday-Friday prior, with pickups completed by following Wednesday.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves equipment, with full payment due for cancellations within 72 hours of events.

Rented white tent that was covered in dirt when I opened it. owner basically just said they can't provide clean tents because they can't find labor to clean them during the season. next time, I will just buy my own.

Excellent service! I lost track of time and went while the office was closed and they still tended to me. I was beyond grateful and my party would not have been the same without their quality rentals. I would rent from the again and would recommend them for your party needs.

I can only tell you NOT to ever, ever, work there. The way workers are treated leaves a lot to be desired. Bad attitude towards employees and cursing from the manage is the call of the day, every day, all day. Really bad place to work.

My wife and I had the best experience working with party center for our wedding. Barbara went above and beyond, with excellent customer service to accommodate our needs. Loved her her spunky fun personality especially during stressful times near our wedding time. I highly recommend this company!

This is the second review of this business and now that I am educated as too the variety of services and equipment leased for events, galas, and or gatherings, I can now say that this business is a one stop shop for all your needs with a patient and fully trained, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated staff that will assist you closely from the rental to the return of the merchandise, Cool and casual welcoming atmosphere with solutions for all your needs when it comes to hosting or preparing for a party. We used "A Party Center" this past weekend for an engagement party at our home. They were great to work with! We rented a 20 x 30 tent, 4 round tables, 36 chairs, a heater, and lights. We dealt with Barbara and she was very pleasant. Jeff the owner was involved as well, and he was terrific. We had terrible winds this weekend. He came out on his own to double check the installation on Saturday and to add some reinforcement.
He told me to call him directly on Sunday (day of party) if we had any issues. The wind was making the tent shift a little, so we called and he sent someone out to fix it. The tent really made our party extra special. We were extremely pleased with the level of service provided!
