Where do I begin? Our wedding was originally scheduled on the beach and with being out of state we did not have a back up plan. The day before the wedding we were told there was no way to have it outside. well 5 hours later we end up on the phone with Allison and found the GORGEOUS 108 BUDLEIGH. Allison was a breath of fresh air, she even came into town to meet us and show us around. We have only positive things to say about her hospitality and being able to help us in such a crunch.
She is passionate and knowledgeable, I feel like I've known her for years. The event building is perfect, there is a nice kitchen, bridal and groom suites, upstairs bar, and space for plenty of people. Thank you Allison for making sure our big day was more than perfect!

A beautiful event site for weddings, company retreats, non-profit fundraisers, birthday parties and special events. Catering kitchen on-site as well as a bar area. There are two floors and a staircase that offers the bride a grand entrance opportunity and groups a lovely photo area.

108 Budleigh was the perfect location for a reception for the research symposium I recently organized. The building is beautiful and welcoming and the layout - an open floorplan on the first floor and balconied second floor - was ideal for spreading out while keeping the group of 70 people connected. The manager and owner were exceptionally helpful, accommodating, and professional. The location is ideal - within walking distance of the waterfront and accommodations in Manteo. This would be a great venue for anything from a professional event, like mine, to a wedding.

Wow, I can't believe this beautiful place hasn't gotten a review yet! Or does no one get married in Manteo? Apparently this space used to be a restaurant, but now is rented out for parties and specializes in wedding receptions. You need to hire your own caterer, decorator, wedding planner and whoever else you need. Max amount of guests are about 150. It's a 2 level, climate-controlled building with either vaulted or high ceilings that are open to the very top.
The first floor has a large area with kitchen, bar, restrooms, and outdoor patio. The second floor has a smaller seating area, bar, restrooms, and a honeymoon suite. OVERALL: It's a hidden gem, and Manteo needs a major dose of Yelping!
