Tent Rentals
Our tent rentals provide adaptable solutions for events in Southern Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. We offer high-peak frame tents, clear-top tents, and sailcloth options ranging from 30 to 60 widths. Clients can choose from various styles including hexagon, track frame, and pole tents to suit weddings, corporate events, or backyard gatherings.
Table Rentals
We supply diverse table rentals including round, rectangular, and specialty designs like farm tables and light-up cocktail tables. Options range from 4 round tables seating six guests to 8 kiddie tables, with pricing starting at $10.00. All rentals include linens where specified, ensuring cohesive event aesthetics.
Chair Rentals
Our chair rental inventory includes standard banquet and premium mahogany chivari styles. Chairs are available in quantities to accommodate events of any size, with options tied to table rentals for seamless coordination. Individual chivari chairs rent for $40.00 each.
Dance Floor & Staging
We provide modular dance floors and staging systems for event spaces. These durable, professional-grade solutions support wedding receptions, corporate galas, and outdoor celebrations. Staging components allow customizable configurations for performances, speeches, or elevated seating arrangements.

Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?
Our Huntingtown showroom operates Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with no appointment required.

This company is the bottom of the barrel. In over 30 years of ownership of a catering company in metro Washington D.C. I have never had a worst experience. They were rude, unprofessional, demeaning, and need to retire or hire people who understand customer service.

We have used Top Hat for many years for an event that has over 3000 attendees. They deliver, set up and break down tables, chairs, grills, coolers and stage in a timely fashion allowing us to meet the deadlines outlined in our contract with the venue. Wonderful customer service. As a nonprofit we are grateful for their continued support as we work to support the families and children of our county.
