Outdoor Ceremony Venue
Our historic gardens feature a Victorian gazebo and lush landscaping for romantic outdoor ceremonies. The courtyard accommodates up to 300 guests with white wedding chairs and ambient lighting. In case of rain, ceremonies transition to our glass atrium without compromising ambiance. The space includes music setup and ceremony essentials like unity candle tables.
Catering Services
Our on-site catering team prepares Southern cuisine using a state-of-the-art kitchen. Four menu options accommodate diverse tastes with included glassware and serving utensils. Beverage packages feature open or cash bars with professional bartending staff. Outside catering is permitted for select bookings with advance approval and insurance documentation.
Bridal Suite
The Victorian bridal suite offers three hours of exclusive access before ceremonies for hair, makeup, and preparations. The space includes professional lighting, mirrors, and champagne service for the bridal party. Complimentary early access to our bridal cottage is available for additional preparation space and photography.
Honeymoon Suite
Our Antebellum-style honeymoon suite includes overnight access to the pool and Jacuzzi. The package features a Southern breakfast served the following morning in the dining room. Newlyweds receive champagne or mimosa service in a Victorian-decorated suite that replicates the main house's historic charm.

Absolutely beautiful venue. Very well taken care of both in the setting and at the event. Only problem I had was with the proximity to the highway, you could get a little vehicle noise during thr ceremony, but not the fault of the venue. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for wedding locations.

The Sunny Meade is a gorgeous facility. We are so thankful we were able to have our wedding here and would highly recommend. All of our wedding planning was done virtually and it could not have been planned better. Lani was so helpful in organizing everything beforehand and making sure our day went smoothly. The venue was all inclusive. We had both the ceremony and reception there and they took care of decorating, cleaning, catering, and music. Everything was excellent and well worth the price.

Party Portraits Photo Booth was here on Saturday, June 13th, 2020, and had the opportunity of providing our Magic Mirror Photo Booth Services to, the newlyweds, Kayla and Leighton, for their Wedding Reception. We would like to thank them for having us and recommend the Sunny Meade Wedding & Reception Facility to anyone looking for a reception venue in Scott, LA. Even during the COVID-19 crisis they held true to their service commitment and took every measure in the book to make sure guests were safe.

I recently visited Sunny Meade with my fiancee. We are looking to get married next year. The manager there was very nice, very informative. What Sunny Meade has to offer versus other venues is outstanding. They offer catering, DJ that does the ceremony (which is a bit harder to find than I thought), setup and breakdown, and so much more. The grounds are very well kept and make for great pictures. The likelihood of us booking Sunny Meade, given our date is still available, is very high.
