Mark was extremely flexible with our needs and wants for our catering. We had several vegetarians, vegans, and very picky eaters, and he was able to accommodate them all. He made delicious items within our Latin themed cuisine request that made every one of of guests very satisfied and happy! I used this caterer because I remembered the great food at my friends' wedding, and of course the couple highly recommended them. The service was very good. Denise always was very quick to respond to emails. The food was delicious.
