Questions

What payment methods do you accept for rentals?

We accept credit and debit card payments with a valid Texas driver's license. Checks are not accepted within 14 days of your event date.

Can I cancel my rental order?

All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental date incur a 100% restocking fee. No refunds for no-show pickups.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, delivery/setup and pickup/breakdown are available for additional fees based on item quantity, order total, and timing outside standard business hours.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

We offer rescheduling options for outdoor events with a 50%+ rain probability. Contact our front desk to review available solutions before your rental begins.

How long can I keep my rental equipment?

Weekend rentals must be returned by Monday 11am. Late fees apply at 50% of the order total per day after this time, with potential theft charges for unresolved delays.

Will never use this place again. Over priced for what you get and then want to charge you even more without even being told. Just woke up to a charge on my debit card no call no warning. Shouldn't be that expensive to rent some very already used equipment. Never again!

Rented picnic tables and an inflatable obstacle course for a kid's birthday party. The delivery guys were polite and professional, . After seeing them set everything up, trust me, the delivery fee was well worth it! They were even kind enough to take a moment to acknowledge our special needs toddler. Would highly recommend!

Wish it would allow 0 stars but I was forced to give it one. Just trying to get some prices. Walked up to the front and was not greeted in a friendly manner at all. I was actually treated like I was not wanted there. After waiting 10 minutes for the guy that was busy taking to someone that seemed to be a buddy not a customer I was finally greeted. If you could call it a greeting. It was as if I was interupting his conversation and he could not be bothered by an actual client.

I just told him never mind and I left. My event was greatI found an event, party planner that took care of everything and I did not have to be treated so rudely. This was a while back maybe it's improved but from the things I've been told it hasn't changed at all. Won't use them ever and definitely will not recommend them.
