Rentals were scratched up and trashy looking horrible to find out hours before my wedding then after the scratched up hot pans were returned they called wanting to know where the disposable heat cans were! They had "thought" we rented ones that were metal ones? How can you not know what we rented? Very unprofessional.

Rented a popcorn machine for My 11 year olds party. Rate was reasonable, saved a TON of time during the party. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, loaded and unloaded my rental.

I was run off the road and hit the curb damaging my front driver side tire. I pulled in to Dots Rental parking lot because I knew if I drove the car further more damage would occur. I called for a tow truck and as I was waiting the owner of Dots Rental came out to my car and SHE told me To move my car immediately. I was shocked at how rude she was telling me to get off her property immediately.
