At 12 years old, John had the opportunity to work with his grandmother, a cook and banquet manager and even though his only task at that age was to wash dishes, he knew then he was destined to have a career in catering. His love for the industry was further strengthened when he would spend his teenage summers "down the shore" cooking in restaurants.

After graduating from high school, John attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island to fine-tune his cooking skills. While there, John served as a teaching assistant in the banquet department and went on to graduate with honors from the University's Culinary and Foodservice Management program.

Server/Bartender - A typical shift is 8-9 hours long. Servers are required to lift up to 50 pounds and have the ability to remain on your feet for the majority of your shift.
