We'd love to tell you about Yerkes Wedding Salon. We are a privately owned wedding chapel located just outside of Southwest Philadelphia in Delaware County. The business was established in 1914, and we have enjoyed more than 100 years of wedded bliss! The original concept for the chapel came out of the need for a location where couples could have a small, intimate civil wedding ceremony performed.

Go east on Baltimore Pike/Ave toward Philadelphia. From Rt. # 252 (Media Inn) 6 miles - From Rt. # 320 (Springfield Mall) 5 miles from Rt. # 420 (Target Store) 4 Miles from K-Mart 1 Mile. Cross over Lansdowne Ave. and we are a half mile down on the left next to the Sunoco gas station. Take the Bartram Avenue exit to the 4th traffic light and turn right on Island Avenue for 2 miles.
