My family has been using Jacques for years and they have hit it out of the park every single time. We used them as recently as yesterday afternoon for my sisters bridal shower and cannot stop talking about the food. (This seems to be the pattern after every Jacques-catered event ) My personal favorites are the rice balls, penne vodka, and eggplant rollatini. When I tell you they are the best I've ever ever ever had, I'm not lying.

Our guests are always raving about the food and my family and I are always fighting for the leftovers. Their staff is always prompt, efficient, and extremely friendly. I had the most pleasant conversations with Kathleen yesterday as she set up the food and was sure to accommodate whatever we needed. Will be using Jacques for many more milestones and celebratory events to come!

Went to a wedding here last weekend and was very disappointed. Surprised that this wedding venue only has one bar open for cocktail hour. They had 3 bartenders in a tiny little bar. There was a line for the bar the entire cocktail hour. The food was very OK, not great, but not awful. The evening dragged on and on, we didn't get cake and coffee until 11:30. The sound system also sucked, very hard to hear people doing toasts. There must be better places in Middletown than this.

I feel I need to write this review to save other people from wasting their money. I got a flyer in the mail for a Turkey and stuffing and candied yams and gravy. I have been having some health issues so I thought this would make my dinner easier. I have made my own Turkey and fixings my whole life. Well thank God my sister and I did decide to still make all of our sides or we wouldn't of had anything to eat.

We had company and family. The Turkey was burnt and dried out and that stuff they call stuffing have no idea what it was it was watery mush not edible and what was supposed to be candied yams was nothing more than a can of yams with some brown sugar thrown on it was gross as well. We ate the Turkey with lots of gravy because of how dry it was. The stuffing and candied yams the whole trays went in the garbage. Never again would I order from this place anything we feel like we paid $200 for a dried Turkey. You live and you learn. Just a warning it was really bad.

From start to finish nothing but perfection from Jacques catering! The food was delicious, the staff was attentive, the tent was magical and everything was a dream! You turned a beautiful backyard into a magical beautiful amazing night! There wasn't a moment Carmelina wasn't checking on us! We cannot thank Lisa and Jay enough you went above and beyond! Lisa was always a phone call away! We love you guys and thank you again for an amazing night! You are the best!

If you are looking for nothing but the best - You are at the right place. Marie at Jacque's Catering was just beyond accommodating for our daughter's "Backyard BBQ I Do Wedding". The venue had to be changed from outdoors to indoors and the transitions went so so smoothly. Then we had to add extra food to the contract - again Marie handled everything for us. Delivery and set-up by Antonio was exceptional.

All of our guests could not stop raving about the BBQ Buffet - Food was AMAZING. Marie thank you so much for your care and heart towards your customers. Made us feel like family.
