We hired Fairytale Productions for videographer services - absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with the overall documentary video and the highlight video. The videographer captured our day perfectly. The entire process was easy to go through when filling out the forms or communicating any changes (we were originally supposed to get married in 2020). They were so understanding of the covid situation and changes to change our entire date to the following year.

Thank you so much for the absolutely beautiful footage of our wedding day! It was special to send it to those that could not make it to our big day. I would highly recommend the videography services!

Fairytale Productions was very responsive. Highly professional and always kept in contact with us. From the beginning to the end they made sure that we understood their expectations and they understood ours. Affordable and high quality services. I would recommend this vendor to any couple getting married.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will rob you. We were no longer able to have our wedding and they kept our deposit while the owner was not even willing to accommodate or help us come to a resolution for using what we already paid. Tip save your money and contact their photographers directly. It is cheaper and you won't have to ever deal with this terrible company. Update to the owners comment: We did not cancel our contract outright, Fairytale Productions canceled it for us without even telling us.

We never stated we were canceling our contract. We were not given the option to reschedule either. We tried to call the owner but he refused to talk to us, only through email. Is that how you handle a customer when they've paid you thousands? To this date they have not reached out to us regarding our contract and how to move forward. In regards to their statement that they need to stay afloat during these times it is by robbing people of their money who are also trying to stay afloat.

Wedding photos and videos is the one thing you look forward to as a bride. Unfortunately, when you decide to use Fairytale Productions you won't get the "fairytale" vibe you were hoping for. I was a bridesmaid for a wedding a 3 weeks ago, the photographer she chose cancelled 13 hours before her wedding so they sent another guy who was not anything she wanted. During the day for pictures he was always missing you had to find him to take pictures and constantly tell him what to be doing.

They haven't sent any sneak peaks as well. Their excuse is that their busy season is in October so they don't promise sneak peaks. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, highly unprofessional and no customer service! I just pray when she finally gets her pictures and video back they are what she dreamed of.
