I scheduled a tank cleaning on my new house since i didnt know the last time it was cleaned. My septic tank was buried deeper than normal and I had to schedule them to come and dig it out with a machine. After digging one hole and locating a pipe, and looking at the health dept. We had never had a septic system until this house. So this was our first experience with a septic company and it was wonderful. They were great at coming out and explaining our system and what we needed to do to keep it healthy.
