When we lived in Tarboro, we took family Christmas pictures almost every year. We recently reconnected with Bill after about 20 years. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we wanted Bill to capture the special moments. Bill is very detailed and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied with our portraits.
