Questions
How long will latex balloons stay inflated?
Our treated latex balloons float minimum 24 hours. Keep them at 70-74°F and remove from transport bags immediately for longest float time.
Can I bring my own balloons for inflation?
Yes, we'll inflate customer-provided balloons starting at $2.50 per piece, though we cannot guarantee quality of non-store balloons.
What temperature should balloons be kept at?
Maintain 70-74°F for optimal performance. Extreme heat causes popping while cold temperatures make balloons drop quickly during transport.
Do you rent helium tanks for self-inflation?
We don't rent helium tanks but offer professional inflation services at our store with various size options and pricing.
How to install balloon garlands safely?
Use masking tape wall anchors with inflated long balloons as ties. For non-damaging installations, command hooks provide secure attachment points for lightweight garlands.
What vehicle capacity for balloon transport?
Small cars fit 1-2 bouquets or 6' garlands. Small SUVs with folded seats carry up to 6 bouquets or 10' garlands. Larger SUVs accommodate 8 bouquets or 14' garlands.

Pretty good. Girls that were working on the day shift on 15th of Jan, were stuck up and rude and made us uncomfortable. Would have went somewhere else due to that except they were the only store that had what i needed. Good selection inside store. Need training for employees.

This store has very unrealistic standards on their return policy. I bought a costume from here yesterday and I came today to return it because I had a change of plans for my Halloween event. I wore it once inside of the store to make sure it fit and they allowed. Keep in mind there was no damage, all parts were present and Receipt in hand. And as far as having a sign stating no returns in Halloween day or after still I couldn't return it. The lady who assisted me was rude the first time I came and the second when I came for a refund to purchase a different costume from them.

Love our lama balloon bouquet. They chose the perfect colors to compliment the party. The event was December 7 and here we are February 17th and the lama is still floating on the ceiling.
