Originally a farm estate built in 1907 and owned by the Schmidt and Baumer families, Renee's was bought by the Massey family in 2000 and completely renovated to accommodate your special event. When renting Renee's for an event, your rental includes use of the entire facility. Your group will not share event space or parking with another function.

Beautifully landscaped grounds complete with an original rustic barn are available immediately surrounding the venue should you desire an outdoor reception, ceremony, or presentation space.

We have multiple areas which offer lovely spaces for your event. Our 1907 house has been fully restored and is packed with charm! The house will hold up to 150, seated holds around 100. Our Arbor (gazebo area) offers seating for 150 and makes for a beautiful backdrop. Our barn area is used as a lovely backdrop for outdoor events or ceremonies and also has seating for 150.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 (for Friday - Sunday rental) is required to reserve your date. Couples having their ceremony on site at Renee's will be allowed a one hour rehearsal at no charge. All rehearsals must be scheduled according to venue availability. You are at liberty to bring in the vendors of your choice.
