About us

We started our company in 1981 with the goal of preparing great food and sending it wherever and whenever our customers needed it to be served. This has taken us to the deserts and the mountains, all over the state of New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and Utah. We've gone to Napa Valley, California to cook for the Mondavi Winery, shipped food across state lines by Federal Express, and sent dinner along with customers leaving town for the holidays.

We can help you with making arrangements for florists, entertainers, cake designers, photographers, audio-visual personnel, valet, and security.

Boxed Lunches

If you would like to add a side salad or beverage, each item would be an additional charge per person. All box meals are packaged in compostable containers made from cardboard. Our utensils are also compostable and made from cornstarch. A 30% charge will be added to any changes to the menu, which includes gluten-free requests.

Classic Homemade Cakes

An elegant cake for any occasion! Three layers of Vanilla Genoise flavored with a hint of Almond, filled with Seasonal Fresh Berries and Grand Marnier scented Whipped Cream. Three moist layers of Hand Grated Carrot and Chopped Nuts, filled with Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting flavored with a hint of Lemon Zest and garnished with Crushed Walnuts.
