Walter Burke recently catered our wedding and did an outstanding job. Alexandra is so wonderful to work with, she was incredibly helpful in helping us to manage the entire process, creating a specialized menu, and coordinating assistance with set up at the venue. Tia, our catering captain, was also incredible. She was prepared, organized and hands on in helping to ensure we had the best service. Tia went above and beyond helping us with venue set up, decorated our cake beautifully and was so kind.
I felt so relieved after our final walkthrough after talking with Tia and had full confidence that she would take care of everything, and she did not disappoint! In addition to the food itself being great (including vegan options!) the service, staff and bartenders were amazing as well. We loved working with Walter Burke and couldn't have asked for a more positive and comfortable experience.

Walter Burke catered my mom's memorial service of 50 people. Alexandra was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, proactive, responsive, flexible and very reliable. The food was fairly priced and absolutely delicious and her staff and employees were very professional, kind and patient and did a great job led by Evan. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the greater Santa Fe area.

Wow! They are an incredible team! Angela, Diedre, Eduardo are all examples of people that are passionate and are committed to great work! We hosted a rehearsal dinner and wedding with them and both nights they exceeded my expectations. Quick service, on-time (no delays whatsoever), excellent food and taste, friendly and helpful staff. They got it all down to the very last detail. Thank you!

Walter Burke Catering did an amazing job catering our wedding! Angela and Walter were great to work with. We had to alter our wedding plans because of COVID-19 and Walter Burke Catering made it possible even with the last minute changes. The food was incredible, the catering staff were professional and friendly and Angela did an awesome job as our day-of coordinator. We are so grateful to Walter Burke Catering and could not recommend them more!

Walter and Angela catered a birthday dinner and it was so incredible! The meal was buffet style, and the portions were perfect. Generous and not too much. We had a small amount of leftovers of just the right things : Bison tenderloin, roasted corn and potato green chili stew, a few sides, and a stellar salad! Everything was packed ready to go in the over, with clear directions on how to cook / prepare.
Their communication was excellent, I got an immediate response when I first reached out, and they worked with me quickly and patiently to sculpt the perfect menu for my group! Couldn't recommend Walter Burke Catering more!

Do not hesitate to book with Walter Burke Catering for your next event! We decided to book with Walter Burke after reading their reviews, but they even exceeded our expectations. The food at our wedding was DELICIOUS and all of our guests agreed. Generous sized portions as well. I also want to specifically applaud Tia. She went above and beyond for us from the get-go. We used Walter Burke for our post-wedding brunch and they were excellent. Eduardo, the team captain, was exceptional. He was so sweet and attentive to our needs. The whole team provided a beautiful experience that was effortless and affordable.
