I was so pleased with the service from Fulton when I called from N.C. to request delivery of a balloon bouquet in Wilmington for an uncle's very special birthday. They were able to accommodate a same-day delivery, and were super helpful as I chose the bouquet over the phone. She even suggested the high-float to ensure they stayed afloat longer, which I appreciated. The price for five mylars, several jewel-tone latex and the gift weight was fair. The arrangement was celebratory, unique and worth every penny. Thanks so much for the great experience!
