Amazing staff who were friendly and attentive to details! Can't wait to see the end results of my daughters Senior Portrait Session!

Low quality for high prices. Disappointed. The service was ok. the experience was basic school photographer. The product disappointing. Pros efficient, basic studio portraits $55 sitting fee and online gallery. Cons: expensive, the online gallery watermark is so large and intrusive you cannot tell the photo isn't in focus. The quality control department apparently cannot either. $35 for a printed 8x10 without even basic editing.

When they under expose your portraits in studio you will get them printed and delivered underexposed. That happened 3 years ago lesson learned there, now I know about the oof ones too. The shipping is $15 for cheap black-envelope with a basic white mailer. Postage cost 1.76 overall after spending nearly $200 I have 3 printed photos one of which is out of focus. Several of the photos couldn't be printed into an 8x10 due to too tight of a capture taken.

What I mean is the cap in the cap and gown photo or the honors cord would be cut off awkwardly. Overall dissatisfied wouldn't recommend but I know you and every other parent have no choice but to use them - or have your child not be in the yearbook

OMG not only are the photos absolutely beautiful, my big photos came in bent (by the mail carrier) and Gigante rep (didn't catch her name) was extremely nice and very apologetic. They replaced my photos no fuss! The last of my crew to graduate and they didn't disappoint with her senior pictures. This was my favorite picture

Great staff and great photographers. They were very professional and made sure I was happy with all my pictures.
