We ship ground via UPS or FEDEX. Very small orders may ship via USPS. Please note that once the order leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier responsibility. If order is lost or not received, we will need to place a claim with the delivering carrier. Personalized items require an additional 5 days for personalization, personalized glassware require 3 weeks.
