We hired Amici's for our wedding and our guests are STILL raving about their meal. We utilized their pop up pasta bar catering option with plated salads and passed appetizers - every item we had was phenomenal. Our guests loved the ability to design their own entree with a choice of so many different types of delicious pastas, proteins, sauces, and veggies. They staffed 4 individual pasta stations and efficiently served nearly 150 guests in a short window, with every guest's meal customized to their wishes and hot and fresh.
