At Miller's Grand Events, we have always and will continue to clean all equipment to the highest standards. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use. We use commercial dishwashers and washing machines, which are serviced regularly with an Auto-Chlor System. In regards to scheduled events, we are happy to move any event to a future date, along with the deposit paid.As for outright cancellation of an event, our standard industry terms are 50% non-refundable deposit for any event. Please be patient on refunds, we are making adjustments in our immediate expenses & staff required.
