I do not like leaving bad reviews and have never had a bad experience before with them. But these flowers were ordered and I know we're not cheap and delivered on April 21. (The last pic is the day recieved and really didn't look healthy and the others are 7th day) Three days later the light grey filler was dying and parts removed and this is how these flowers looked on the morning of the 7th day 4/28.
As you can see the flowers are all dying. I am very disappointed being that this started on day 3. I have had Heroman arrangements last over a week and more. This was so disappointing and was commented on by so many hospital workers as they thought it was so pretty but again couldn't believe they weren't lasting longer. We kept the temp very low in the room at the hospital and kept vase full. Not sure if I would recommend again. Not sure what happened but they didn't even last the hospital stay. I purchased a $200 arrangement for a funeral that was not received by the family. I was told that it was delivered at 8am on 2/19 and placed to the left of the altar. There was another funeral at the church that morning. The funeral that i was going to didn't start until 2pm.i did not see the arrangement that i purchased at the funeral i attended therefore i called immediately after the funeral to see what happened.
I have called numerous times about this issue and even went in the location as well.i was not refunded bc i was told that it was delivered. I feel that this request for a full refund should be granted due to the fact that the family did not receive the sentiment in which I paid for during the time of bereavement. This family means a lot to me and being that they did not receive it hindered me from expressing my love and sincerest condolences due to the negligence of your delivery person.

I called in an order once again and gave them a budget and gave them free range to do whatever. When I tell you they never disappoint. When I walked into the church and saw it I knew it was from them. Big beautiful arrangement! You guys never disappoint.

I originally ordered a flower bouquet from denham springs location. Was notified it wouldn't be at denham, it would be at Jefferson and I'd have to pick it up. After telling me over the phone it would be at denham location on time. Got there to get the flowers, and it had about half of what the picture I ordered had. Told me I got an upgrade, my $107 premium bouquet was hideous. It had flowers that didn't match and didn't look good at all. Also told me when I said I was disappointed in how it looked. They will open up and be prettier in a couple days. 2 days later they were wilted and done. Totally disappointed
